Where as the time gone… it was in my best intention to blog just a couple days after the mom’s camp, but life has been so crazy busy (I’m sure a lot of you can relate, especially with back to school time) and I just kept putting it off, as I have been running from here to there , or getting home late after running from here to there and having no energy to blog. But alas here I am in my house at 2:44pm with no where else to go so I thought what a great time to blog. The mom’s camp was AMAZING. We had such a great time and we laughed so hard till my sides and cheeks hurt. And these beautiful, amazing mom’s put their all into every activity. It was so nice to hear how thankful they were for this time. A lot of them are doing this journey of parenthood all alone and they have it tough and a lot of them commented on never taking the time for themselves and being able to leave all their worry and stresses behind, even if it was for just a couple days. ...

Learning CURVE
19 days and counting (that is if I finish writing this today and post it, if it’s tomorrow it will be 18 days and counting). It has been crazy and busy and crazy and then a little more busy, but it´s ALMOST, ALMOST all together. I have been excited, nervous, excited and little more nervous, overwhelmed, excited, grateful, excited and awed. I have felt soo blessed by the encouragement and support that I have received in this past month and a bit, it has been incredible. We had our first staff meeting on Sunday and it is a great group of staff, there were a few girls that I haven’t met and a few that haven’t met each other, but we had a great time and it’s going to be a great team. It was an answer to prayer because I wanted girls that didn’t work with the ministry and I wanted lot’s of Colombians and in a staff of 12, only 4 of us are foreigners. It Has Been Way to Long
Man oh man where has the time gone....... I can't believe that I will be home in six months and that my time here is half way gone, it real does just feel like yesterday since I left.... well maybe not yesterday but no where close to six months. So what has been happening that past two months..... Well for starters my parents came for a visit in May and that was soooo nice to see them and for them to see what I am doing down here. They came up with my one Saturday to the mission that the Australian "grandma" has and there were about 50 kids more or less. Needless to say after the day they were exhausted and me and a couple other volunteers that went up were telling them that the 16 kids at the school or way more exhausting then these 50 kids..... they didn't believe us untill they came to the school and met the children that are in my life and have worked their way into my heart. Speaking of my school children, its been a little rough on them as there have been alot...
